Two 18-hole championship golf courses are at the Lake Lure Golf and Beach Resort.

Riverside Riding Stables are located 8 miles east of Chimney Rock and Lake Lure is open 7 days a week.

The grand Biltmore Estate in nearby Asheville is the largest private residence in the United States sitting picturesquely on 8000 acres. This is a must see if you have the time!
