This is a spacious home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom and bath has a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A second bedroom has two twin beds. The soothing sounds of the creek can be heard from the relaxing sunroom. The eat-in kitchen comfortably seats 4 and the dining room can seat 6.
Kitchen
Our kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils, pots & pans, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. Condiments include ketchup, mustard, mayo, sugar, salt, pepper and spice rack. Items left are for your use and convenience - please do not take them with you.
Washer and dryer are available; please bring your own detergent.
Amenities
There are 2 televisions - a television in the den as well as a smaller one in the master bedroom. Both are hooked to satellite. VCR/DVD player and a variety of books to read, games to play, several decks, screened in porch, gas grill and fire ring. Hair dryer and bath robes available. Please extinguish all fires and clean up outside trash as we do have bears and other wildlife that visit.
Hot Tub
This is a Hot Springs hot tub that will accommodate up to 6 people. It is new as of July '07 and has the latest technology.
POLICIES
Reservations
We accept daily and weekly reservations. There is a 2-night minimum. A 50% deposit of total rental fee is due at the time of reservation. The balance plus tax is due upon arrival. No personal checks accepted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and cash. You must have a credit card to make a reservation.
Cancellations
If you are staying for 5 nights or less, you must provide 14 days advanced notice for canceling. If you are staying for 6 nights of more, there is a 30 day advanced notice. If you cancel within the appropriate time frame, you will receive a refund less $30. No refunds will be given otherwise.
A $500 security deposit will be taken at check-in. We will imprint your credit card and obtain your signature but the charge will not be processed unless there is damage to the property or its contents, missing items, violation of policies or extra cleaning. Upon departure, the home will be inspected and if none of the above conditions apply, no charges will be applied to your credit card. You will be notified by email of postal mail within 30 days if any charges have been applied.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. (earlier check-in must be prearranged.) Checkout is 11:00 a.m.
Cleaning
Please leave refrigerator clean, place all trash in trash can on other side of storage shed. Remove sheets and place in utility room along with any dirty towels, washcloths, etc. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and begin the wash cycle. Please notify us of any inoperative equipment.
This is a non-smoking residence. Please only smoke outside and place cigarette butts in containers provided.
