Creekside Rules
Reservations: Weekly, deposit of 50% of rental fee is due at time of reservation, balance plus tax due upon arrival. We accept Visa and MasterCard, or cash. You are responsible for your entire confirmed stay. NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, one week notice is required prior to your arrival. Major holidays require a three week notice of cancellation. Your refund payment less $30.00 cancellation fee will be returned unless times listed above are not received.
Check-In: Is 2:00 p.m. (earlier check-in time must be arranged in advance).
Check-Out: Is 11 a.m. (later must be arranged in advanced).
Cleaning: Please do not leave food items or garbage in refrigerator. Place all trash in container on side of cottage. Please notify us of any inoperative equipment.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking cottage. Please smoke outside only and dispose of butts in containers provided.
Pets: Sorry, we do not allow pets.
Deposits: Violation of above rules could result in loss of deposit.
Creek: The creek is beautiful but remember the rocks are slippery. Please take caution when wading or swimming, and do so at your own risk.
Television: Since the area we live in only offers one cable company, we can only hope the signal is continuous, but sometimes we do experience cable failure, we have no control over this.
Picnic Area: This area is suitable for campfires, roasting marshmallows, etc. Please extinguish all fires and leave no trash for others.
Shopping: There are no major grocery stores in the immediate area, so you will need to travel 12 to 18 miles for major items. There are convenience stores for small items you may require.
We buy, you cook program: This is designed for the customer, requiring special attention for special events in their life, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or surprise for that special person or event. (Ask for details).
Creekside Cottage is for small, intimate groups and quiet gatherings. NO HOUSE PARTIES.
Spa: This is a hot tub with the latest electronic equipment. Absolutely not soaps, oils or bubble baths in tub. This can clog filters, and ruin the hot tub.
We strive to keep Creekside Cottage clean and comfortable. A place where you will want to come back and enjoy in the future.
